Getting it to you

Delivery is a flat ₹149 anywhere in India, and free on orders over ₹2,999. The charge is calculated on your basket total before delivery, and you will see it on the checkout page before you pay — never added afterwards.

We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Orders leave us within 1 – 2 working days. After that:

• Metro cities — 3 – 5 working days from dispatch
• Rest of India — 5 – 8 working days from dispatch

These are estimates from our courier, not guarantees. A wedding season, a festival, or weather on the route will all move them, and a remote pincode adds a day or two.

A piece being altered or stitched to your measurements takes longer to leave us — how much longer depends on the work, and we will tell you when you order rather than leaving you to guess.

You will get an email when your order is confirmed and again when it ships, with the courier and the tracking number.

You can also track it here with your order number and email — no account needed — or see everything at once in your account.

Cash on delivery is available. So is paying online by card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay, which is faster to dispatch because there is nothing to confirm.

If the parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and write to us the same day — it is far easier to raise with the courier while the evidence is fresh.

If tracking has not moved for three working days, tell us and we will chase it. You should not have to be the one calling the courier.
