Refunds
Getting your money back
Refunds go back the way you paid, within 5 – 7 working days of the piece reaching us.
When we refund
- A return accepted inside the 7-day window, once the piece is back and checked.
- Anything that arrived faulty, damaged, or not what was ordered.
- An order cancelled before it ships.
- An item we cannot fulfil — occasionally a small run sells out between your order and our packing bench.
How it is paid
To the original method. A card or UPI payment through Razorpay goes back to the same card or account — we cannot send it anywhere else, which is a rule of the payment network rather than ours.
A cash-on-delivery order has no original method to return to, so those are refunded by bank transfer. We will ask for the account details when the refund is approved, and never before.
How long
We issue it within 5 – 7 working days of the piece passing its check. After that it is your bank’s timing, not ours — a card refund commonly takes another three to five working days to appear, and it may show on the original transaction rather than as a new line.
What is deducted
For a change of mind, the original delivery charge of ₹149 is not refunded — it was spent getting the parcel to you. If delivery was free because the order was over ₹2,999, nothing is deducted.
For anything faulty, damaged or wrongly sent, you are refunded in full including delivery, and we pay the return.
Cancelling before it ships
An order can be cancelled from your account while it is still being prepared. Once it is with the courier it has to come back as a return instead.
If it has not arrived
If the money is not back after the times above, write to us with your order number. We can see the refund reference at our end and chase the payment provider, which is usually faster than your bank can.
