Returns
If it is not right
You have 7 days from delivery to tell us. Unworn, with its tags on, in its original packaging.
The window
7 days from the day it is delivered. Write to us inside that window and we will arrange the return — after it, we can usually still help with a fault, but not with a change of mind.
How to start one
- Write to us with your order number and a photograph of the piece as it arrived.
- We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
- Pack it with its tags and original packaging, and send it back.
- We check it when it lands, and refund or exchange within a few working days.
Start a return — pick “Returns or refunds” and quote your order number.
What cannot come back
- Pieces altered or stitched to your measurements
- Anything worn, washed, or without its original tags and packaging
- Jewellery, and any item marked final sale at the time of purchase
Alterations are the important one. Once a lehenga has been taken in to your measurements it cannot be sold to anybody else, which is why it cannot be returned — we will always say so before the work is done.
Exchanges
For a different size in the same piece, tell us when you start the return and we will hold the size you want while yours is on its way back. Subject to it being in stock — most of our runs are small, so the honest answer is sometimes that it is gone.
If it arrived faulty
A fault is our problem, not yours: we pay the return, and you get a replacement or a full refund including delivery. Photograph it and write to us the same day if you can.
Getting your money back
Refunds go to the way you paid, within 5 – 7 working days of the piece reaching us and passing its check. A cash-on-delivery order is refunded by bank transfer, so we will ask for your account details at that point.
More detail on the money itself is on the refund policy.
Rentals are different
A hire from a partner shop is not covered by this page. Rent, deposits and returns for those are agreed with the shop directly — see renting.
